Design Brief
Netmagic Solutions is a provider of managed hosting and cloud services in India. Headquartered in Mumbai, the company was looking at re-designing its back-office unit in Chennai. Located on the outskirts of Chennai in a SEZ area, Netmagic wanted to give this building the feel of a front office.
Solution
This was Wiseart’s first LEED-certified project. The team gave the office a vibrant design that uplifted the office environment. The new office environment had everything that was in accordance with LEED specifications, including energy efficient lighting, ply and other materials.
