Design Brief
The client approached us to design a clubhouse on a 4,500 sq.m site within an upcoming residential development at Tathawade, Pune. From the very beginning, the client articulated a clear vision, seeking a design approach rooted in modern tropical architectural principles. The name of the residential complex itself underscores and aligns with this overarching design intent.
Design Intent
The design adopts a horizontal massing strategy across the site to promote visual continuity and a resort-like spatial experience. The landscape is integral to the architectural approach, functioning as a connective element that links the clubhouse blocks while enhancing spatial flow and visual engagement throughout the development
