Design Brief
The proposed residential development in Pune is a nine-storeyed vertical residential enclave, comprising one exclusive apartment per floor, ensuring privacy, low-density living, and optimal spatial comfort. The building incorporates a dedicated amenities level along with a landscaped terrace garden, enhancing both functional and recreational value.Designed as a self-sustained vertical habitat, each residence includes a servant’s room and is planned with balconies on all four sides, allowing uninterrupted cross-ventilation, abundant natural light, and panoramic visual connectivity. Private living spaces are strategically oriented to open into generous outdoor balconies and landscaped open-to-sky areas, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor environments. The architectural configuration ensures that internal windows and wall surfaces are adequately recessed and shielded, minimizing direct exposure to heavy rainfall while maintaining effective daylight penetration and ventilation. This passive design approach enhances durability, reduces weathering, and improves overall thermal comfort. The integration of green outdoor interfaces at every level offers residents a rare experience of resort-style living within an urban context, fostering a strong connection to nature while retaining the convenience and security of city life.
