We have designed this luxury villa in pune as a refined interpretation of classical architecture adapted to contemporary living. the design is anchored by a strong central axis, expressed through a grand arched entrance that establishes a sense of arrival and architectural hierarchy.

Natural stone cladding forms the primary façade material, chosen for its timeless appeal, durability, and rich textural quality. arched openings, detailed metal elements, and carefully proportioned fenestration introduce elegance and craftsmanship while maintaining visual balance across the elevation.

The sloping tiled roofs with generous overhangs are designed to respond to pune’s climatic conditions, providing shade and thermal comfort while enhancing the villa’s overall silhouette. upper-level balconies and large openings ensure ample natural light, ventilation, and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Soft architectural lighting, integrated landscape elements, and water features are thoughtfully composed to enhance the facade’s character, creating a welcoming and distinguished presence.
