Designed as a compact yet refined workplace, the brief focused on minimalism, clean lines, and a warm neutral palette, with an emphasis on clarity, precision, and restraint. Every element—from design development to factory-made prototype furniture and on-site execution—was meticulously planned to meet exacting technical and aesthetic standards. Despite site constraints such as the absence of natural ventilation and the rigorous protocols of a premium corporate building like One BKC, the project was executed through proactive planning, controlled processes, and strict quality oversight.
